Hot Fudge Cake

Heat the oven to 350°F


Mix in medium bowl:

1 c flour

3/4 c sugar

2 T cocoa

2 t. baking powder

1/4 t. salt


Stir in until smooth:

1/2 c. milk

2 T vegetable oil

1 t. vanilla


Spread in UNgreased 9" square baking pan.

Combine 1 cup brown sugar and 4 T cocoa, and sprinkle over batter in pan.

Pour 1 and 3/4 cup hot water over all, DO NOT STIR.

Bake @ 350°F for 35-40 min. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
