Apricot Baked Brie

from the "Cooking with all things Trader Joe's" cookbook

1 wedge Brie (about 0.6 ounces)
2 Tbsp Apricot Preserves
1 handful raw sliced almonds
1 Tbsp triple sec (optional)

- preheat oven to 400
- put brie in small baking dish
- top with apricot preserve, almonds, & triple sec
- cover tightly with foil & bake for 12 - 14 minutes (until cheese is melting)

serve with crackers
